"Can America's Current Foreign Policy Based on Unilateral Talk Change the Direction of Foreign Relations and Promote Peace in the Middle East"?

The essay can be written in either the positive or negative tense, but must be supported with facts and a discussion in either case. All applicants are required to write a 1500 word essay on the topic and complete the application form sent along with this Wolfgram. The essays will be graded on content, research and composition.

Since the Wolfgram is coming out several weeks late, the decision has been made to change the deadline date in order to give any interested applicants a little longer to work on it.
