| A few weeks ago we received a call from the Town & Country Hotel in Charleston stating that due to construction “issues”, they would not be able to accommodate our entire group. Trying to help, they arranged for more accommodations within walking distance of their hotel. We decided this was not what we wanted “nor” what we thought you all wanted. Since this reunion is combined with the ROH and looks to be bigger than ever….we chose to get another hotel that could accommodate the entire group and close to the price we had with the Town & Country Inn and Convention Center.
TOWN & COUNTRY HOTEL RESERVATIONS…..For everyone that currently has a reservation at the Town and Country Hotel or any of the surrounding hotels……it is your choice whether to cancel your reservation and move to Embassy Suites. The Association “cannot” do this for you because of your personal information and credit card info.

The Town and Country is being very cooperative and will cancel your reservation without any penalties. If you choose to remain at one of these hotels, it will be your responsibility to get to the Embassy Suites for reunion functions.
